About me
Shauna Dinges has been in education for over 20 years. She started her teaching career by teaching Business Math and Accounting classes at the community college level. Because she wanted to be a more positive influence on younger students, Shauna decided that she could make a significant impact on students at the middle school level. She taught middle school math, has been a Math RTI teacher, an instructional coach, and led conversations on Math instruction and intervention at all levels. She has also held many leadership roles, including Curriculum Leader at the district level while also playing a major role in school improvement throughout the district. As part of her work with the IESE grant, Shauna supports educators through professional development and collaboration, while being driven by a passion for improving teaching and learning for all students. She also focuses on developing special education leaders in schools so strong systems and structures can be built that effectively support student growth and success.
